Job Description - Online Customer Success Assistant

As an Online Customer Success Assistant at CMS Energy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online clients. This part-time entry-level position is based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ and requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through online chat, email, and phone communication. 2. Assisting customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 3. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Documenting customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and confident personality traits to engage effectively with customers. 2. Strong emotional intelligence to empathize with customer needs and concerns. 3. Excellent planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 4. Experience in a customer service role preferred. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication platforms.
