Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and confident Online Customer Success Manager to join our team at C.H. Robinson Worldwide in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This position is part-time and at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of online customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services - Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Onboard new customers and provide training and support as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry is a plus
