Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Toys “R” Us is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Wellington, Wellington, NZ. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The Online Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various online platforms - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience - Monitor and track customer satisfaction metrics to assess performance and make recommendations for improvement - Provide product recommendations and solutions to customers based on their needs and preferences


Requirements: - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Strong persuasion and communication skills - Proven experience in customer service or a related field - Knowledge of online customer service platforms and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
