Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Online Customer Success Manager to join our team at Big Lots in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a part-time employee at a mid-to-senior level, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through online channels such as email, live chat, and social media platforms - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to any issues they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to improve the online customer experience and address any recurring problems - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a customer success or related role - Resilient and passionate personality traits - Strong cooperation and adaptability skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
