Online Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

XPO Logistics is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and resourceful, with a strong ability to work in a team and cooperate with others.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries via online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with order tracking, product information, and issue resolution - Provide technical support for online platforms and tools - Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer service metrics

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team and cooperate with others - Proficiency in using online customer service tools and platforms
