Job Description - Online Customer Success Representative

Job description:


ManpowerGroup is seeking an energetic and confident Online Customer Success Representative to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent time management and attention to detail skills.


Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers through online communication channels - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and accurately - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Monitor customer accounts and proactively address any potential issues - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing customers - Assist with customer onboarding and training as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better serve customers


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools - Energetic personality with a positive attitude - Confidence in handling challenging situations with poise - Strong time management skills and attention to detail
