Online Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Constellation Brands is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Representative to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. The ideal candidate for this entry-level position will have at least 1 year of experience and possess the personality traits of being confident and driven. Soft skills such as research and analysis are also essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through various online channels to provide exceptional customer service and support - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service software - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
