Job Description - Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a talented and driven Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Celanese in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role. This part-time position requires someone who is adaptable and hardworking, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with online customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met - Provide exceptional customer service through email, chat, and phone support - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the online customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Create and deliver presentations to educate customers on our products and services - Continuously seek ways to enhance the online customer experience and drive customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Creativity and the ability to think outside the box - Experience with online customer support platforms and tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) - Presentation skills
