Job Description - Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


ADP is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This part-time role at the associate level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role. As an Online Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our online customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers through regular communication and support. 2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to address any issues or concerns customers may have. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are maximizing the use of our online platform and services. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address any technical or account-related issues that customers may encounter. 5. Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improving the online customer experience. 6. Develop and deliver presentations or training sessions to help customers optimize their use of our online products. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our customers.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and resilient personality with a positive attitude. 2. Strong presentation and communication skills. 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Previous experience in a customer success or customer service role is required. 5. Experience with online platforms or SaaS products is a plus. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
