Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

As an Online Customer Success Specialist at Auckland International Airport, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless online experience for our customers. Working closely with the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online customers, resolving any issues they may encounter, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers experiencing difficulties with our online services. 3. Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall online customer experience. 4. Collaborate with various departments within the company to address customer concerns and provide excellent customer service. 5. Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support to continuously improve our services. 7. Conduct research and analysis to identify key trends and insights that can be used to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer success or customer service role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve customer issues. 6. Resourceful and motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 7. Experience with online platforms and e-commerce systems is a plus. 8. Soft skills in research and innovation are highly desirable.
