Online Customer Support Assistant

XPO Logistics is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

As an Online Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service for our online clients. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, troubleshooting technical issues, processing orders, and handling returns and exchanges. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, monitoring customer feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
