Online Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

McKesson, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, ordering, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Strong communication and cooperation skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
