BB&T Corp. is seeking a motivated Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
As an Online Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, troubleshooting technical issues, processing orders, and providing product information. You will also be required to maintain accurate customer records and assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate for this role will be resourceful and independent, with strong persuasion and problem-solving skills. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a customer service role and proficiency with computer software and online platforms is required.
