Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


American Family Insurance Group is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: - Provide timely and professional customer support via online channels such as chat, email, and social media - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Use resources efficiently to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer support - Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals


Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively in a team environment - Analytical skills to evaluate customer issues and find appropriate solutions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Prior experience in a customer support role preferred
