Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Ambit AI is seeking an experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional, you will be responsible for managing our online customer support team and ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for our customers. This part-time position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online customer support team, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support - Train and onboard new team members as needed - Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Confident and resourceful personality traits to effectively lead a team - Strong research and strategic planning skills to identify and implement best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in customer support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
