Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Online Customer Support Officer to join our team at Loews in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are seeking individuals with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting - Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient computer skills and knowledge of online communication tools - Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
