Online Customer Support Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and resilient Online Customer Support Representative to join our team at Henry Schein in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions via email, live chat, and phone - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Utilize knowledge of products and services to assist customers with their needs - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide on strategic planning and people management initiatives - Maintain a positive and engaging attitude when interacting with customers
