Job Description - Online Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Ecolab is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with Ecolab products and services. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 4. Document customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference. 5. Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve the overall customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 8. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure a resolution that meets customer expectations.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. 4. Previous experience in customer support roles. 5. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
