Genworth Financial is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Representative in Auckland, NZ. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are confident, passionate, and possess excellent people management and presentation skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online platforms, such as email, chat, and social media, in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about Genworth Financial's products and services to customers. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to online services. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers online. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. 4. Proficiency in using online customer support tools and software. 5. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
