Job Description:
Regions Financial is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level position with at least 4 years of experience, the Online Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online users.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to online banking, account access, and other technical problems. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and continuously improve the online customer experience. 4. Provide product and service information to customers, guiding them through online processes and features. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 6. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Reliable and adaptable individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. 2. Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently. 3. Strong cooperation skills to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. 4. Previous experience in online customer support or a similar role preferred. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software. 6. Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
