Online Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

Clorox is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and order assistance to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer problems. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist in other customer support-related tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Adaptable personality with a passion for helping customers. 4. Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. Basic computer skills and proficiency with online communication platforms. 7. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
