Online Live Chat Assistant

Textron is seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Assistant in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support - Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Excellent time management skills - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
