Job Description - Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:


Weta Digital is seeking a reliable and confident Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Nelson, New Zealand. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or online chat role. As an Online Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional assistance to customers through our live chat platform.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time via chat to assist them with their inquiries and provide support. - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Use strong negotiation and persuasion skills to upsell products or services when appropriate. - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers. - Keep accurate records of all interactions and customer inquiries. - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies.


Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a customer service or online chat role. - Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor. - Reliable and able to work independently. - Confident in handling challenging customer interactions. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
