Job Description - Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team at ManpowerGroup in Auckland, NZ. As an Online Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for managing online customer queries and providing support through live chat platforms. This is a part-time, entry-level position with zero years of experience required.


Responsibilities: - Interact with customers through live chat to provide support and answer queries in a timely manner - Assist customers with product information, order tracking, troubleshooting, and other inquiries - Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Utilize resources effectively to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Provide creative solutions to customer problems and feedback to improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet targets and goals set for customer satisfaction and response times - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong people management and creativity skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat platforms - Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
