Online Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

As an Online Live Chat Associate at 2degrees in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat interactions. This role is part-time at the Associate level with a requirement of 2 years of experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and guidance on products, services, and account inquiries.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately via live chat. - Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to customers. - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. - Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve overall customer experience. - Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements: - Energetic and dedicated personality traits. - Strong communication skills both written and verbal. - Creativity in problem-solving and finding solutions for customers. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. - Prior experience in customer service or online chat support preferred.
