Job Description:
Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a talented and experienced Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As the Online Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online live chat platform, engaging with customers in real-time, and providing exceptional customer service. This part-time position is ideal for someone with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role and who possesses the confidence and work ethic to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Manage the online live chat platform, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and address customer concerns through live chat - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience across all channels - Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service - Utilize creativity and research skills to enhance the online chat experience for customers
Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in online live chat management or similar role - Confident and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills - Strong creativity and research skills to develop innovative solutions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in live chat software and customer service platforms - Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and best practices - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
