Job Description - Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


Parker-Hannifin is seeking an Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the online live chat platform to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online live chat platform to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries. - Monitor chat conversations and provide guidance to chat operators for effective communication. - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. - Develop and implement chat scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency in communication. - Collaborate with different departments to address customer issues and concerns. - Train and onboard new chat operators to maintain a high standard of customer service. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online chat management.


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in online chat management or customer service role. - Independent and resilient personality traits to handle high-volume chat conversations. - Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage people effectively. - Excellent written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer relationship management systems. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
