Online Live Chat Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Online Live Chat Officer to join our team at NVR in Nelson, NZ. As an Entry Level Online Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time via online chat, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with any inquiries or issues they may have. This role is part-time and requires 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time via online chat to provide assistance and support - Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with online orders, payments, and account management - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor chat performance metrics and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think innovatively and creatively - Excellent people management and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends
