Online Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Kelly Services is seeking an energetic and confident Online Live Chat Officer to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the Online Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via online chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and provide solutions - Build rapport with customers to enhance their overall experience with the company - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required
