Job Description:

Ambit AI is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Officer to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Online Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance in a timely manner - Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Staying up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Working towards meeting key performance indicators and targets - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - Adaptable and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail - Ability to demonstrate leadership and negotiation skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Basic computer skills and proficiency in using online chat platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - No prior experience required; training will be provided
