Job Description:
Lowe’s is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role. The ideal candidate will be driven and energetic, with excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide product information, address inquiries, and assist with purchasing decisions. 2. Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to our website or online ordering process. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide accurate information. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all communication channels. 6. Meet or exceed established performance metrics for response times, customer satisfaction, and sales targets. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continually improve the chat experience for customers. 8. Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution in a timely manner.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems. 5. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
