Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Boston Scientific is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via online live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 2. Utilize strong negotiation skills to address customer concerns and ensure a positive resolution. 3. Innovate and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience on the online platform. 4. Work independently and efficiently to handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to share best practices and contribute to a global village mentality within the team.
