Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

As an Online Live Chat Representative at ADP in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through online chat platforms. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally through live chat. 2. Assist customers with account maintenance, billing inquiries, and technical support. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 5. Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Dedicated and independent worker who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong leadership and project management skills to effectively handle challenging situations. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently. 4. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer relationship management systems. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
