Online Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Hershey in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidance and support through online chat - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive experience - Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and inquiries - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation

Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service or online chat support - Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively - Strong presentation skills and the ability to manage people in a virtual setting - Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in navigating online chat platforms and customer management systems
