Job Description:
Kinder Morgan is seeking a passionate and adaptable Online Support Assistant to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to support our online operations and engage with customers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers via email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customer interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience - Update and maintain online support documentation and resources - Monitor and track customer trends and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotions as needed
Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or online support - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Passion for providing excellent customer service - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills - Basic understanding of online platforms and social media - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
