Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support via chat, email, and phone for Lincoln National's products and services - Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them through online processes - Utilize various online support tools and platforms to efficiently resolve customer concerns - Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve more complex issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions taken - Stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and product updates to provide accurate information to customers - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and issue resolution rates
Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or online support roles - Motivated and independent, able to work effectively in a remote or virtual setting - Strong time management skills, able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Analytical mindset, comfortable problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency with computer systems and online tools - Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly - A commitment to providing exceptional customer service - Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
