Job Description - Online Support Manager

Job Description:


Valero Energy is seeking a passionate and hardworking Online Support Manager to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate level employee, you will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent problem-solving and innovation skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee online support operations to ensure efficient and effective customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor online platforms for any technical issues and work with IT team to resolve them in a timely manner - Train and mentor support staff to provide exceptional service to customers - Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements based on customer feedback - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online support management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in online support or customer service - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
