Job Description - Online Support Manager

Job Description:


Kathmandu Holdings is seeking a talented Online Support Manager to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of experience in online support or a related field. We are looking for a confident and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional support to our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online support team to ensure timely and effective assistance to customers - Respond to online inquiries and issues promptly and professionally - Develop and implement strategies to improve online support services and customer satisfaction - Monitor online support metrics and generate reports on performance and trends - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the online shopping experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - 6+ years of experience in online support or customer service - Strong time management skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer support - Experience with online support tools and systems
