Job Description - Online Support Manager

As an Online Support Manager at Dana Holding in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support for our online platforms. This part-time position at a mid-to-senior level requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, dedicated, and possess strong time management and analysis skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our online support team - Ensure that customer inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and updates to our online platforms - Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to increase online engagement and drive customer loyalty


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 6+ years of experience in online support or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Experience with CRM platforms and online support tools
