As an Online Support Officer at Amazon.com in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Amazon's online users. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone - Assisting users with account management, order tracking, and product information - Monitoring and analyzing user feedback and escalating issues to the appropriate teams - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and satisfaction - Providing proactive support to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback - Staying up-to-date on product offerings and online support best practices - Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer support processes
Requirements: - Demonstrated adaptability and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office suite - Experience working in an online support or customer service role is preferred
