Online Support Officer

Job Description:

Cin7, a leading software company in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, NZ, is seeking a part-time Online Support Officer to join our team. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, confident, innovative, and skilled in research.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers via chat, email, and phone, resolving their inquiries and technical issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to identify and report recurring customer issues and provide feedback for product improvements - Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance customer support procedures - Assist in the development of support documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles - Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred - Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and patient under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions - Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools - Ability to work independently and within a team environment - Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus
