Job Description - Online Support Representative

Job Description:


Raymond James Financial is seeking a passionate and confident Online Support Representative to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Troubleshooting technical issues related to our online services - Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer experience


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong analytical and decision-making skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online support tools and software - Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed


Personality traits: - Passionate about customer service and problem-solving - Confident in interacting with customers and handling challenging situations


Soft skills: - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions - Ability to make informed decisions under pressure
