Job Description - Online Support Representative

Job Description:


DaVita HealthCare Partners is currently seeking an Online Support Representative to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in the healthcare industry. No prior experience is required for this role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support related to our products and services. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer queries. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers. 7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancing the customer support experience.


Requirements: 1. Reliable and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong communication and presentation skills. 3. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 4. Comfortable using various online tools and platforms for customer support. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
