Online Support Specialist

Job Description:

Baxter International is seeking an experienced Online Support Specialist to join our team in Auckland, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Online Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers who are using our online platforms.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues via email, chat, and telephone - Working with the IT team to resolve technical problems and escalate issues when necessary - Providing online training and guidance to customers on how to use our platforms effectively - Creating documentation and FAQ guides for customers to reference - Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborating with the marketing team to promote online tools and services - Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online support

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Proficiency in using online platforms and technical tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
