Job Description - Online Support Specialist

Job Description:


Navient is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Support Specialist to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As an Online Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our online users. This position is part-time and entry-level, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the tech industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our online platform. 3. Guide customers through the use of our online services, ensuring a positive user experience. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve our online support processes. 5. Assist in the development and maintenance of online help resources, FAQs, and tutorials. 6. Collect and report customer feedback to help improve our online platform and services.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support roles. 3. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers. 4. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 5. Familiarity with online platforms and software. 6. People management and adaptability skills. 7. Must be resourceful and motivated.
