Online Web Chat Manager

Veritiv, a leading company in the Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ area, is seeking a qualified and experienced Online Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online web chat operations - Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through online chat - Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service - Monitor and analyze chat performance metrics to make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat management

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong negotiation and leadership soft skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven track record of success in online chat management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
