Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

AES is seeking a talented Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, you will be responsible for managing online web chat operations, providing excellent customer service, and driving engagement through creative and engaging online interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the online web chat platform, including monitoring chat sessions, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and drive sales through the web chat platform. 3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and interactive content for the web chat platform. 4. Train and supervise a team of web chat agents to ensure they provide exceptional customer service and adhere to company guidelines. 5. Analyze data and metrics to track the success of the web chat platform and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices for online web chat management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in online web chat management or a related role. 3. Independent and resilient personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 4. Strong creativity and presentation skills to develop engaging content for the web chat platform. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in web chat software and customer relationship management systems. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
