TravelCenters of America is seeking a passionate and resourceful Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in the travel and hospitality industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide outstanding customer service through online web chat to assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and troubleshooting. 2. Utilize strategic planning to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive online sales. 3. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online experience for customers. 5. Assist with data entry and reporting to track online chat performance and customer satisfaction.
