Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

As an Online Web Chat Officer at Summerset Group Holdings in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat interactions. This role will require you to communicate effectively with customers, resolve issues, and provide information about the company's products and services.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide timely and accurate information - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized service - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies - Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and service delivery

Requirements: - Hardworking and dedicated individual with strong communication skills - Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations - Customer service experience is a plus but not required
