Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description: Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Web Chat Officer. This part-time entry-level position is based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, and requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through web chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Conduct research to address customer inquiries accurately and efficiently - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while engaging with customers online - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
